TEAM MEMBER SKILL INVENTORY
Calvin Jones – (Team Player, proof reading, APA formatting, PowerPoint
presentations,) My goal is to complete assignments timely. Willing to function
in any capacity for the sake of the team.
Nin- (Team player, organizing, proof reading and whatever else needs to be done
for a successful outcome?)
Jared- Proof reading, research, editing. I will do as much as I can to ensure
that projects/papers are turned in, in a timely manner.
Kizzy-(Proof reading skills, team player, organization) My goal is to assist
the team complete every assignment in a timely manner. My greatest concern is
to ensure that every member is comfortable within the team.

The team goals are to complete all team assignments:
• In a timely manner
• With high quality
• With total participation and collaboration
• With mutual consultation and cooperation
• And to capitalize on team strengths and skills
• Include all suggestions of team members
What are potential barriers to the achievement of these goals?
Potential barriers that could prevent goal accomplishments are:
• Break down in communication
• Failure to cooperate and to exercise teamwork options
• Not staying focused on the task at hand
• Not looking far enough ahead for assignments (planning)
• Failure to assist a team member who is having difficulties
Ground Rules
• Completion of all team responsibilities and assignments in a timely
manner
• Communicate problems with team assignments to team members in team news
group
• Fair distribution of labor.
CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
Some potential conflicts are lack of agreement on completion of assignments,
communication failure and not contributing to team assignments in a timely manner.
Problems will be addressed through team discussion and collaboration as the
events transpire with a full agreement vote.
